Terms & Conditions Fortissimo Freestyles

Orders

All orders for edited musical arrangements (“Arrangements”) are subject to acceptance by Fortissimo Freestyles. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Once accepted and work has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled except with our written agreement or as required by law.

Payment

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before the final Arrangement is released.

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, we will retain the deposit and charge for work completed, except where prohibited by law.

Music Selection & Revisions

Once the pieces of music for the final arrangement have been mutually agreed upon, responsibility for the pieces shall transfer to the Client. Any subsequent modifications or revisions to the agreed-upon edited materials shall be permitted at an additional cost to the Client.

Copyright & Use

All copyright in the Arrangement remains with Fortissimo Freestyles under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

You must not alter, resell, distribute or otherwise deal with the Arrangement without prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

Delivery & Media

If physical media supplied by us is defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it if notified within 14 days of receipt.

Digital files should be virus-scanned before use. This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian law.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the supply or use of the Arrangement. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Arrangement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia
